Just verified that the server is up and running.
Check your firewall that port 10444 is open.

Can you, please, check with Activation Server administrator if everything is running smoothly. Activation server host name perfectly resolvable and pingable from my DSS Lite server. Applicable TCP port on firewall is open. Below is part of past activation confirmation email with serial number.
Also, is there a possibility to reboot activation server?

Ok we just verifed again and the server has been rebooted and is still online.
