VMware Worstation, HD not supported

I'm testing DDS lite on a VMWare Workstation. Now, I have the problem with creating the s/w raid. The harddisk there hve the status not supported. I have added 2 x 2GB SCSI HD's. Can me help someone?

Are there any spare drives attached? Is the capacity of the total drive or raw count exceed 2TB?

You have status not supported because you created too small disks. Please create larger eg. 2 x 5GB.

minimum hd capacity is 5 Gb
