What are the real world Active/Active performance gains over active/passive?
Does it matter if the hardware is dissimilar? Right now I have the faster SAS array for the active and the slower sata array for the passive.

Performance numbers will be posted but we have no eta as there are many variables to look over via hardware, data, nics...
You can have a slower secondary but if your writes are intensive then the performance hit will be there, if not so intensive then you will be ok.
