HW RAID controllers supported on Open-E V6 Lite

Does Open-E V6 lite support only SW RAID or it supports HW RAID controllers also?
For example, 3WARE 9650SE-4LPML?

I have not tested DSS lite V6 but from what I have read on the forum it does not support hardware raid

Agreed.
But, I thought that "Multiple H/W RAID Controller Support is not checked out" means that Open-E DSS V6 lite supports limited number of HW RAID controllers (not many as full version of Open-E DSS V6).
So, it seems that lite version is limited to SW RAID?!
