Have you tried to select from SETUP -> Network -> iSCSI Failover the interface or bond that you want to use and then click on the Auxilliary Connection check box ?

You cannot backup from one DSS and then move the backup Data to another DSS.
You are correct server B would not have the backup database, so you will not be able to restore.
