The nas and esxi hosts are in different subnets, does that matter? The router does not block iscsi traffic and windows hosts in a different subnets can pick up the iSCSI volume

OK, but what I could not see from the manuals was what sort of delay? If a brute force password cracker is run, does the delay between retries get longer?

The manual tells me that the delay engine enables run time delay. I am guessing that this means this is to prevent an attempt to brute force crack a password.
