I Suggest backing up the data first, then try perform the update, As if I remember correct the old DSS LITE has a completely different file system/structure than the new V6 LITE.

My suggestion is to fail each drive and let it rebuild with new drive. Add the next and so on.
This may take long time.
Its better to back it up then restore on new drive from the RAID set.

Yes, you can download the zip files on any USB stick. Or with V6, you can create a partition and install it there... It worked for me!! :)
