What version you are using? Are you using ACL? And if you are using ACL, have you set your permissions on the ADS or the ACL (recursive)?

My suggestion is to fail each drive and let it rebuild with new drive. Add the next and so on.

This may take long time.

Its better to back it up then restore on new drive from the RAID set.

Yes, you can download the zip files on any USB stick. Or with V6, you can create a partition and install it there... It worked for me!! :)

931G should work... are you creating the RAID from the BIOS? In the past I used LITE and I had around 900G with no issues....
