    Default Tape drive disappears

    When trying do do the backup using a Quantum Autoloader with Ultrium 4 drive the backup task fails. In task log I can see "Error 1: Cannot find tape or user has stopped the backup task." and the device that was previously seen has been disappeared. When Open-e boots
    it sees the divice and can recognize tapes, etc. So the connection is OK.

    Did anyone have the problem like that?

    Default Never mind - the problem solved

    The problem dissapeared after upgrading the open-e software to the latest version.
