Support for Neterion 10Gb?

I've fitted a 10Gb Neterion XFrame 2 network card to our DSS server, which is recognised on the console and in the web gui as a S2io Inc. Xframe II 10Gbps Ethernet (rev 02).

The card won't become active however, just says no cable.

Is this card supported or am I missing something?

What version of software do you have.
May want to try updating to the latest revision.
The Neterion Xframe II is supported
