Dear Sam,

Please follow these steps to restore activation:

1. Reformat your USB pen-drive using the FAT filesystem
2. Install DSS Lite 2TB version on it
3. Copy attached file to <pen-drive letter>:\devdrtm\modules
4. Run checkdisk on the FAT partition with "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" enabled
5. Run DSS Lite, 6. enter your mail and password to reactivate the product.

We highly recommend to run the checkdisk procedure - If some problems appear please use another pen-drive to avoid future issue with file corruption.

Note that this key file is only for you and cannot not be shared. It also contains personal information about your registration.

I have the same Problem. I had also a Problem with my USB Stick and I installed DSS Lite 2TB on it again.
Can you please give me also the needed file to restore the activation?
