    Default Problems with activating DSS Lite

    Dear Moderator,
    My USB memory stick has failed. I had to create a new DSS lite USB stick with the software that I already had. I'm unable to connect to the DSS license server to activate the software. Please help.

    If this is the 1TB DSS Lite then check you email and read the notes for instructions.

    Check to make sure that you are using the same email address that you registered it under in the past.

    Default DSS Lite Activation Instructions

    Todd,
    After minor hardware configuration change, DSS-Lite (Jan 2008 release) is asking to activate server again, but activation is showing "Unknown Error" after activation attempt. Can you, please, provide me with instructions how to overcome this issue.
