Update problem

Hello. We trying to update our Open-E DSS from 1.37 to 1.49 version.
We tried to update thru web interface. But 2 days gone and it still updating. it shows updating and 0 % complete.
How can we stop and start again ?

Try burning ISO image of 5.0 _ 49 onto a CD-ROM then boot system with CD-ROM and take option 1. Please save your Configuration and Settings from the GUI first from MAINTENANCE -> miscellaneous -> Function: Save settings.

Also check the ISO file that the whole file is correctly downloaded.
