Can't Update my two DSS !

Hello,

This morning i decide to move on and update my DSS.

I go into OpenE Management, i hit "Apply" on Upload Downloader and it download a 260 M Update. When download is finished, i hit Apply Update (3216 Version) and i reboot.

After reboot i have to accept the Licence Aggreement and i have :

Model: Data Storage Server
Version: 5.0.DB47000000.3216
Release date: 2008-08-28

I remembered that there were an update in November 2008, but when i hit "Apply" again in Update Downloader,i gett error : "Unable to connect to update server".

I trywiththe support webfite to download the ISO by FTP and no connection is possible

I did the same on my second OpenE same results, first Update was OK but after areboot no more update server available...

Any idea ?

NSC,

the problems with the update downloader are currently persistent (I don't know why, it simply stopped working ) - you need to download the ISO from the web site to a local system and then upload it to the DSS manually.

The FTP difficulties you experience could have to do with load or many other causes.

ok i tried from another location and FTP is working.
