What is the FTP program that you are using? We have tested only the following below and is stated in our doc's.

Here is a list of the software which has been tested:

* CoreFTP (Windows),
* FileZilla (Windows),
* IgloFTP (Windows and Linux),
* SSLFTP (Linux console client).

Are there alot of directories or not that many?
