I have just one snapshot for 25 share tasks.

simply you must do by a datareplication 1 snapshot per 1 task of datareplication

or if you want one big snapshot ? than must be the start time of your datareplication tasks different

So there is more then 1 task scheduled for replication and could be that the multiple tasks are over lapping.
