System Hang while copy large data

What kind of NIC's do you have in the system?
Does the system hangs with smaller files ?

Our NIC is:
Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5721 Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express
Yes, I have try to copy 3000 above single smaller files also have the same problem
