    Hello P.ROBERT

    I am assuming you have checked networks settings and are able to ping the DSS?

    Can you test DSS in 32 bit mode to see if that makes a difference?

    Yes ping and webadmin is ok. In 32 bit it is the same problem.

    Email support@open-e.com and ask for the latest Adaptec agent for DSS 3511 to see if this will resolve the issue.
