Are you sure that you haven't installed the DSS Lite on the disk with was containing VG ?
Could you give link to the system logs ?

I have also question about your RAID. Was it HW RAID or SW RAID. In case of SW RAID you need storage license not for the size of RAID UNIT but for all disks counted separately. Maybe you just doesn't have enough storage license currently.

Sorry, I mistyped a little: I didn't install the whole system. I 've
just added a new key from WebUI. Then I've got a message that everything
is Ok, please reboot. After rebooting all VG, partitions, data
directories, samba users and groups (except group empty "users") and
logs disappeared. Only network settings survived
