Check the time settings on the NAS-R3 and the ADS server to be close as possible on time together. Also check that the NAS-R3 has the DNS IP Address pointing to the ADS server and verify that you are using a Domain Admin user account for the NAS-R3 login.

the time-settings, dns and login account are okay. Any other ideas?

have you tried to disconnect and reconnect to the ADS server ?

i reconnected tot the ads and that fixed the issue.
