Try to enter at the console CTRL + ALT + P if that does not work try to go to the GUI and turn off the Console locking then try again. If you have forgotten the password you may have to re-flash the module to reset to defaults and the password would be "ancom".

Make sure the NAS Enterprise is registered on our Support page from link below then download the ISO image and burn this onto a CD-ROM then boot the system with CD to re-flash the NAS Enterprise IDE Module.

Register the NAS Enterprise in the Product Registration title on the left.
