    Try to verify in the GUI from Setup > FC to make sure it is set to Target mode then hit apply and restart. Also verify from the BIOS of the FC HBA that you can see the others from the VMware side.

    Tom,

    I am sure it us set to Target mode.I also reboot DSS and ESX host several times.but at ESX side can't found any LUN disk.
