    Default No Server Statistics

I have a pair of DSS servers, they are twins. For some reason one of them will not display Server Statistics in Status>Hardware I just get a blank check_sys page.

Does this happen with IE or Firefox. Try to save the logs in the GUI then remove logs in Status > Hardware.

Firefox or IE, one server works fine the other no graphs at all. Tried the save and remove logs, still no stats.

Can you verify the date and time for this server.

I did some checking with this build and if possible try to reboot the system and then test.

Hmm. no window of opportunity for that in the near future. However I do know that this has been a problem for quite some time and it has been rebooted in the past with no improvement.

I had the same problem some time ago.
After deleting all the old logs it was okay..
Unfortunately you loose all the old stats data - so you should do this only if there is no better way..

Yep, ours came back the next day (without deleting the logs). So I do still think it is a "time warp" issue.

Probably the statistic database needs to be cleared. Try to use the "remove" button in Status->Hardware->Server statistic function in WebGUI and after few seconds click on the "apply" button from the same function.

    G'day Todd,
Clearing the logs can be pretty inconvenient if the server has been in production for a while.
Is there anything in the logs that we can see that will tell us where the problem is?
ie is there stats log entry?

    Rgds Ben
