    Default Replication - Unknown error

    Hi!

I have set up an asynchronous replication task running between 01:00 and 05:00 AM.
There are 4 Volumes with one replication task each.
Sometimes at start time it generates an error: Unknown error 10
and the task is not started.

    Any ideas?

    regards
    Matthias

With Error 10 could mean a bond issue but we would need to see the logs of both systems, hard to tell without the logs though.
    All the best,

Sorry for that and thanks for sending me the ticket# as I found out it could be the following below but they would like to see the other logs from the destination server as well. Can you send them in to us. I will put a special note to have respond once they get this.

Error 45: this problem is when replication task is stopped but
replication under console is still running.

Error 10: it seems to be a problem with DRBD device.

    To solve these problems:
First restart server to stop the replication that"s still
running (this will solve Error 45).

With Error 10 - This is more complicated. We could use the
secondary server logs, but he may try deleting all replication tasks,
unchecking "Use volume replication" for all volumes, clicking apply
and then starting everything from scratch. Since the problem is
traceable to the DRBD device, this will hopefully solve it (as it will
    create new devices).
    All the best,

    Todd Maxwell
