I will send this request to developers and see if this can be added in some future releases. I wont be able to give you an ETA as we receive 100's requests for new ideas and concepts to make the product better every time. I do agree with you that we should have this and makes sense for the bonds.
For other users looking for this feature:
One can easily extract the bond interface statistics with SNMP. We did so with cacti and SNMP v2. Only standard templates are necessary:
Associated Data Query: SNMP - Interface Statistics
Associated Graph Templates: Interface - Errors/Discards, Interface - Traffic (bytes/sec, Total Bandwidth), etc.
Memory usage and load averages are also accessible. So far, I was not able to extract file space usage values.
What we do have though in the mean time is from the GUI (only for NAS volumes as the block volumes are owned by the hosts) in
STATUS -> logical volume -> Function: Logical volume statistics then click on the volume on the left side of the screen.
Just FYI: the bond statistics are available in version 6. We have six physical interfaces with three bonds, and the graph page goes like this:
Bond0
Bond1
Bond2
Eth0
Eth1
Eth2
Eth3
Eth4
Eth5
You have to remember which interfaces go with which bonds, but the information is all there. Actually it makes for quite a long page to scroll through with that many graphs
