I had the same problems when I installed a system using Build 3719.
Support sent me an update which returned "Wrong Product Update", but when they realised I was using the Lite version they sent me an alternative update.
This worked a treat.
Whilst I don't seem to be able to attach them here, I have uploaded both to an area of my website - hopefully this will help others with the same issue.
Simple instructions
1.Extract the UPD file to your local system
2.Login to the DSS GUI
3.Navigate to MAINTENANCE - SOFTWARE
4.Select the UPD file and select Apply
5.Reboot the server
