I have performed the steps which mentioned by you.

1. AFP from NAS setting already removed b'cos its not working.
2. Run the file system check - done without error
3. Remove Apple temp files - done without error
4. Raid health - OK (3Ware)

After performing all the above steps I have Start AFP from NAS setting but face the same problem “system got hanged”. If you need I can send you the system logs.

Please advice.
