    I looked at your logs, please see my previous post with errors in you logs.
    I think the Intel Corporation" "80003ES2LAN is supported.

    Can you try to remove bond and test.

    also what is at 192.168.5.25
    can also check to see if the nic has the latest firmware.

    This looks like a problem with the disk array but can be related to memory.
    can you run a memory test ?

    Problem resolved after reconnect External LDAP (Windows ADS).
