which one do you need and how do I post/send them?
I download a tag.gz file with a bunch of logs and other files.

In my previous post I meant tar.gz file.
Make sure that your Open-E product is registered then go to the support form to enter a ticket from link below.

Can you review this link. I will have to ask engineers if something can be done. But for all who reference this case this version is an iSCSI-R3 SMB - EOL.

OK, I saw that there were several updates that could be installed. Don't know if that would help.
Older kernels do not (always) recognize these nic (that is what I found on the internet). A "normal" e1000 driver should work.
Just showing that the PT shows fine.

Hello,
I replaced the Intel Pro VT nic with an Intel Pro PT nic and Open-E recognizes that nic. I ran out of “quality” nics now so I can't try anymore nics.

I couldn't insert both Intel nic because some cables are blocking the other PCI-e slot.
The latest drivers from Intel support most (may all) Intel Pro nics, for my case both the VT and PT nic: http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/cs-006120.htm .
I’m going to send the support an e-mail.
