Default RAID 5 problems to rebuild

Hi. Yesterday I have installed open-e dss v 6 Lite for testing. I have created software raid 5 on 3 disks. After that, when system ended to rebuild a new raid, a took out one of HDDs, after that I put it back, but system did no recognize it, and did not start to rebuild the raid. And now I cant to add back this hdd, because it says that it’s a part of sw raid. Also we tried to format the hdd, but we got the same situation. What can we do now?
We need to put a different hdd ?

in my testing I think the software RAID is expecting a different disk.
you can try reformatting the disk in windows and then try reinserting it.
or else try a different disk

I found a website just gives away a free partition software which can help to merge partitions. You can check it:

You need to clean this drive and let the S/W RAID rebuild the array again.
After you plugged the drive back to your DSS, go to webgui -> Setup -> S/W RAID -> MD0 and in the "Manager" frame set the following flags to it:
    F - set faulty
    R - hot remove
    then press "apply".
After that go to webgui -> Setup -> S/W RAID -> "Create new S/W RAID unit" select this hard drive and add it to your S/W RAID as "spare for "MDx". Now let the S/W RAID rebuild the array.

    BR,
    Tomek
