I/O type for Hyper-V R2 iSCSI LUNs?

Has any one come across recommendations for which type of I/O to use for Hyper-V R2.

For instance, I have seen File I/O for ESX 3.5 and Block I/O for ESX 4 as recommendations for those OSes.

You can never go wrong with Block IO..
People report different things. I for one have never seen a good definitive benchmark on one versus the other.

Decided to go Block I/O to get the replication factor.

Going to have to bench test the config somehow.
