Dear all,

I am creating a failover between 2 windows server 2008 R2. Here is a small description of what i got: A domain controller windows server 2008 R2, 2 nodes windows server 2008 R2, and a storage DSS v6.

I have configured on the nodes the Hyper-V roles and added the failover feature, i have validated the configuration and created the necessary cluster.

I have created a Virtual Machine on the storage from one of my servers, when i arrived to the step make the virtual machine highly available: when i selected configure a Service or Application and after choosing the virtual machine that i created, i got the following error: there was a failure configuring the role for the virtual machine role 'name'. To make virtual machine highly available their storage must be configured to point to volumes that are either in available storages or are already deployed for virtual machines.

How can i resolve this issue? Anyone got a clue?

Some people told me that i need to download a patch but i couldn't find any patch yet, any help plz?

Thank you.
