Exclamation can I increase a volume size without stoping replication?

I have 2 server being replicated and I need to increase a specific volume
can this be done with out stoping replication?
This is a production enviroment, what are the risks ?
    Thank you

    No

If you are using volume replication, volumes need to be the same size

    Thank you Symm

    So the process should be:
    1 - stop replication
2 - increase the size of the volume on the two servers
    3 - restart replication

    is that correct?

    yes
this is how I would do it

I'm trying to increase a logical volume that is used for replication, but I'm having troubles.

Both our units have six LV's that are being replicated.
I want to increase the size of 1 LV, so I've stopped the replication process on the source unit for the LV I'm trying to change.

But when I try to modify the LV by choosing the action "modify lv0002", I cannot use the slider to increase the size, nor can I enter an amount of GB to add to the volume.

Is there anything else I need to do?

No one with any tips or ideas?

Maybe you have to "uncheck" the "checkbox" for replication of the logical volume?
I don't know exactly if that causes the troubles, but im sure that you have to uncheck the checkbox for replication of the volume, if e.g. you want to delete the LV.

Thanks. Tried that on a non critical volume and then I was able to change the volume size.
