Hyper-V Virtual Machine Manager offers SAN Migration for VMs installed on iSCSI LUNs, however a "VDS Hardware Provider" is required to provide the interface between VDS and the SAN.

There is no "VDS Hardware Provider" in DSS at the moment.
But as you are using iSCSI LUNs , try to use a third party software like ACRONIS for example, it might help you.
