It may be a filesystem error
need to check dmesg.0 or dmesg.2
can you post them?
may want to send logs to support to confirm.
just remember to run a memory test before running filesystem repair.
To run the memtest, restart your server and after the POST, hit 'Esc' you'll an options to run mem test.**you should let the memtest finish
filesystem repair can run anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the size of your disk.
