Jumbo Frame 9000 or 9014

I have identical Intel nics. One in my Target and the other in my Initiator. My intel Nics allow me to set jumbo frame to 9014. I saw a post saying to set ess v6 to to 9000.

Is that still correct? Or should I go with 9014?

When logged onto windows I set my initiator to the only option of 9014. If my target has the same card should I still go with 9000?

Set the frame size the same on both ends.
then run some TESTS.
