Backup Exec 2010 (R2) Agent ?

will there be a backup exec 2010 (R2) agent built in in the (near) future ?

Current BE 12 agent is usable for backup exec 2010, but crashes now and then.
Every backup job starts with the agent version warning.

I am using be 2010 r2 but using the dss box as the backup storage by a normal iscsi target.
