b4786 now out

i tested it, and used e.g. version 4023 and downloaded it via the WEGBUI. The system downloaded vers. 4550! and not 4786 or 4622. little bit weired.
maybe open-e has to fix something in the latest build (4786)? (after release)

I think the best is to wait and see and use build 4622 until Open-E give a response what happened.

I believe you can't go straight from 4023 to 4786. You need to update to (some of) the in-between versions, first. I'm not entirely sure, though.

I got an answer about the 3ware issue. This is fixed in 4786, but you will see it with the next update. I still don't know if other customers have the same problem ...

do you mean the download of the log files? Well, I think that problem is related to you personally.
We tested several versions of DSS and we never got problems with downloading the log files. Even with firefox or chrome. But we primary using IE.
In IE we have to download the files twice than it works.

If the support doesn`t help you then you have to help yourself.

I was able to upload and update from up40 to up45 and then upload und update from up45 to up50. Works fine so far.
Obviously the update form up40 to up50 is not working (on our configuration?).
Tomorrow I will do a manual failover from the (old) up40 master to the (new) up50 slave and test it for a couple of days. If it still works on friday I will update the master to up45 and then to up50 and do a manual failback.

After waiting for 8 days without any help from the support I just started to try by myself.
