The release notes talk about "Support for Automatic Session Reassignment (ASR) for Fibre Channel and iSCSI protocols". What does that mean? What problem does that solve?
I think this is a SCST feature. It has to do with with the fact that when you add new targets or make changes to existing one, your iSCSI sessions get disconnected on the target side.
But I have been looking at this all day so you aren't the only one who was curious about what it "fixed".
I wish Open-E would give us the definition (a really long definition) as opposed to a loaded term that we have to try and imagine what they mean...
