DSS V6 and Arcserv Backup

Hello,

We have some Problems with the Open-e DSS V6 and Arcserv Backup. Since we used DSS V5 the backup works fine. Now after a crash of the USB device with V5 we booted DSS V6 from CD. The networkshares are all available but if i start the Backup i get the message. "Cannot logon on client". The configuration of the DSS V6 was set to the old one, so username and password are correct.

Is there any known issues to solve this problem?
