ssh: CTL-ALT-key nothing

We can ssh log in.

F1 gives the menu.

But no CTL-ALT-key works, from the home screen nor from the F1 menu screen.

We've used putty, teraterm, SecureCRT all in VT100 mode, from two different machines.

Made some progress.

got putty working

but does anybody have the settings for SecureCRT (VT100 emulation and VT100 kbd)?

F1, F2, F5 work, but ALT-CTL-key all dead.

Pretty sure this setting fixes it.
