Switching from Synch to Asynch Replication

What is the recommended procedure to switch from one replication mode to another?
Any do's and dont's?

Don't try it. Async replication doesn't work as everyone expected and it won't be available in next DSS Release.

If you really want to try it, just delete old task and create new one.
