Adaptec ASR 6805 supported?

Version: 6.0up65.8101.5217 64bit

Adaptec ASR 6805 RAID controller

In controller typ:

RAID/SCSI Controller
Adaptec Unknown device 028b (rev 01)

Any chance to use this card with open-e?

Hi!

I've got the same problem. DSS 6 up. 7.5 and Adaptec ASR6805.
In Status/Hardware i can see: Adaptec Unknown device 028b (rev 01), and ASM cannot connect DSS...

Any idea?

The reason is it is the new Adaptec series - please submit a support ticket and ask for the small update upd_0817-DSS-V6.upd

with up75, we already updated ASM to the latest build ( 6.5 version ), and you also must update the client software to the latest version.
