lv000 remove greyed out

I have 2 SANs

Each of them I have created a logical volume with 16000 GB SIZE to be used as volume replication ISCSI BLOCK IO

I have checked use as volume replication and created the 16000 GB logical volume on each of those two SANs.

When I am setting up the volume replication, I have specified source and destination with their peer IP.

When I click on the button to discover peer volume for replication, it could not find it (both SANs are cross connected on a 10G CX4)

Now when i go the volume manager it says
