Thread: Event Viewer - Can I disable some events?

  1. #1

Cool Event Viewer - Can I disable some events?

OK :S - I updated to the most recent version of v6 DSS and now I get an annoying popup message from the Event Viewer everytime I log in.. Is there a place I can go and get rid of certain events from showing up in the event viewer, and emailing me everytime I log into the console?

    Thanks!

There is a small update that can disable the login recordings.

Ahh I like this idea as well, our sans are internal only etc, nice "idea" but the option to turn it off would be very good, I always assume something is wrong if I login and see that icon flash. ;o)

I'll log a ticket as well.

    Cheers

Our same situation. I see flashing alerts and I stop breathing until I can read it.. I about passed out the other day.

The small update for this issue is names as SU 0812, but this small update is not working for build up85.xx.

This issue is added to the build up90.xx, so you can have it by updating to build up90.xx, or ask for small update if you are running a build that is older than up85.xx
