Locking & write delays

Hi,

We have a Samba PDC and Open-e.
The windows client connecting with smb to the Open-e shares.
A few times there is a file locking popup that it is not possible to save it.
This occours only with Office and Word files.

As a bonus a few times per day it popups a write delay message to out home share > Open-e?

Info:
All Open-e smb options are set to default.

Any ideas?
