Thread: Logfile for Data Replication

    Default Logfile for Data Replication

    Hi!

I searched in all log files now:
Where can I find the logs of Data Replication tasks?
Do I have to look on the source or on the destination DSS?

They will be in the root of the logs as rsync - look on the Primary.

That's really strange... in the root directory of the logs I do not find anything with rsync, the only logfile that starts with r is "req.log".
When I look in the directory lv00 I can see a file called rsync.log, but the modfication date is almost two months old. I am doing a daily data replication successfully!

for 'volume' replication information, look in /drdb/ at the logs.

It should be in the root of the log file called "rsync/log" and you can find the tasks in the Task directory as well.
