No statistics after upgrade Trial -> Full version

I have tried to open the web page in a different (newly installed) browser. But with no result.

I can't see statistics for month or week.

Are you using the latest builds, or did you update your system?
What is the type of your RAID Controller? did you update it's framewerk? that could help you.

Are you using the latest 3ware drivers and utilities release (9.5.2) or after?
Also did you check your 3ware firmware if it is up to date?

If you have everything updated, then could you please try to get from the link above the same build that you are running now, and try to download it and test it on a USB/CD and run your system to see if you can see the statistic from it as a demo now or not?
