It seems that you are running your DSSv6 on a USB flash memory or a DOM, and mostly you need to re-install your DSSv6 or use a new USB/DOM as the old one may not function well.
Just out of curiosity did you have the boot volume on the raid array, or was it a separate usb or sata dom?
only data is on the raid disks, boot volume is on the USB DOM
i think, problem is that I did not set up this system, but from what i can read from the documentation there is 16 , 1TB disks and the Open-E is started from USB DOM
Problem solved, new boot media in use, only problem now seems to be slow respond to the offline avtivation file request that was sent to activation@activation-key.com
license is currently expired so no access to the files on the server
