    look for call trace issues in the critical_error log, and in dmesg

    would seem a hardware issue at first glance.

    dmesg doesn't show any errors and I don't see a critical_error log file

    I am unable to access the web interface. I can't even ping the device so I don't think it even gets to the point of setting up the network interface.

    Can you do CTRL ALT N from the console then setup the IPs on the NIC.

    Gr-R,

    the original poster wrote that the system dopped to a command prompt during boot. The system has not even come up yet, so there's no way to "download form the web ui"...
