    Kennt jemand Abhilfe?
Reboot, etc hat leider nichts gebracht.

Update the firmware on the controller, and try again.

    Hello Gr-R

We have already updated the controller to the newest firmware.
Is it possible, the the open-e agent is not up to date, and can not handle drives > 2TB?

During the open-e update, we have also added 4 3TB Drives and configured those in the adaptec's bios.

What is the build of ASM that you have now?
what was your older build of DSSv6?
Also did you try to run your system with 64Bit to see if that helps you!

    Hi!

I also have problems connecting from ASM after I updated from 6.0up55 ro 6.0up75.
I use a Adaptec 3405 with latest firmware and the latest ASM release. The OpenE DSS runs in 64-bit.

Any solution for this? Please help!

    Regards,

I just received a solution from Open-E support which worked for me:
    Please try new ASM :
    http://www.adaptec.com/en-us/downloa...raid+6405.html

The problem was, that Adaptec did not show me this version for my RAID controller, so I had not used the latest one...

Thank you, we are glad that this new ASM helped you and fix your issue, and for record, please use this ASM even if you are using up75. b5377 or older.
